What is it?

The Busy Life Body is a weekly workout program that is less than 30 minutes and focuses on bodyweight movements, cardio, and endurance. No gym is required and every exercise can be done in your own home or hotel. 

What do I get?

Three new workouts are released each week on Monday and sent to you via email. Each of the three workouts has a specific focus: upper body, lower body, and total body. 

Every Busy Life Body is done in less than 30 minutes and can be done by any fitness level. 

And, of course, it's only $10/month.
