Today’s focus: Recovery week is this week. Get the body moving and leave the gym feeling better than when you walked in.

Minutes 0-5:              Get you heart rate up (aka warm up)

Minute 10:                 Mobilize anything bothersome.

Minute 40:                 30 minute run, job, or walk, choose your own pace

Leave the gym
