Today’s focus: Recovery week is this week. Get the body moving and leave the gym feeling better than when you walked in.
Minutes 0-5: Get you heart rate up (aka warm up)
Minute 10: Mobilize anything bothersome.
Minute 15: Warm up bench press and air squats
Minute 30: 4 rounds for quality: 20 bench press, 30 air squats
Go lighter than you think you should, at least for the first round of bench
