Week 20 Day 3

Today’s focus: Recovery week is this week. Get the body moving and leave the gym feeling better than when you walked in.

Minutes 0-5:              Get you heart rate up (aka warm up)

Minute 10:                 Mobilize anything bothersome.

Minute 15:                 Warm up pull ups and dumbbell presses

Minute 30:                 3 rounds for quality: 15 pull ups, 15 dumbbell presses

                                    Choose your own weights

Leave the gym
