Recovery

Week 20 Day 1

Today’s focus: Recovery week is this week. Get the body moving and leave the gym feeling better than when you walked in.

Minutes 0-10:                        Get you heart rate up (aka warm up)

Minute 20:                             Mobilize anything bothersome.

Minute 25:                             Warm up to 50% of your one rep max BACK SQUAT

Minute 40 or less:                 4 rounds: 5 back squats at 50% 1RM, 15 push ups
