Minutes 3-7:              Mobilize today’s primary muscles (leg, chest)

Minutes 7-10:            Warm up to 50% of one rep max BACK SQUAT

Minutes 10-18:          4 sets of 15 reps at 50% every 2:00

Minutes 18-21:          Warm up to 50% of one rep max BENCH PRESS

Minutes 29-40:          RUN: 3 min, 2 min, 2 min. Rest 90 sec, 60 sec, done.
